Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class. No experience necessary; all levels welcome. Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a yoga mat. For ages 15 years and older. \nThis workshop will be held outdoors when the weather is suitable. During inclement weather it will be held indoors. \nWe are offering an in-person class at the sanctuary and a virtual class online simultaneously. Come with us in search of these fascinating plants and all the other highlights of this season of awakening. \nThis program will take place entirely outdoors. Please dress for the weather. DESCRIPTION:This class runs 90 minutes\, and all materials and instructions are included. Your ticket includes a small glass vessel — upgrade to a larger size when you arrive! Medium vessels are $29\, large are $39\, and extra large are $49. \nOpen desert terrariums are built with arid plants\, rock\, moss\, and wood. All plants are drought-tolerant\, needing water only every 2–3 weeks — cacti\, hoyas\, haworthias\, peperomias\, and more. \nEnclosed terrariums are a self-sustaining slice of the rainforest in a jar\, layered with tropical plants\, live moss\, wood\, and rock. Add water and springtails to kickstart your own living ecosystem\, seal it with a cork lid\, and check in every month or two. \nOur greenhouse classes are BYOB! Wine glasses provided. Feel free to bring your own beverage\, coffee\, or light snacks. \n“Plant + sip” classes are catered towards adults 21+. Individuals under 21 are welcome\, however any minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
