RoboCon New Jersey Saturday September 28 from 12-6pm Sunday, September 29 from 12-5pm RoboCon New Jersey, one of the state’s largest robotics festivals, makes its return to Bridgewater Commons. The mall-wide festival features a Robot Rumble in Center Court and FIRST ? Tech Challenge Robotics Teams, Combat Robotics, Robot Driving, LEGO® Universe, Quiet Exploration, Investigation Alley, STEAM Stations and more throughout two levels of the Commons. Produced by six regional FIRST® Robotics Competition High School Teams, RoboCon New Jersey is a free interactive festival focusing on K-12 students to inspire and energize them to not only think big but to develop the science, technology, engineering, and math skills needed to become tomorrow’s innovators and leaders. For the 250th anniversary of the First Continental Congress in September – October of 1774, take in a close reading of passages from the papers and pamphlets under debate and discussion in New Jersey that fall ahead of the outbreak of the Revolutionary War.
