U-Pick Strawberry Weekends Picking depends on weather and crop availability, so please check our phone message for any updates before you visit. We currently do not take credit cards, an ATM will be on premises. Field fee is $5.00 per person plus cost of berries. Field fee for children under 2, free. No outside food or drink, No smoking on the premises, No pets allowed. A wagon ride is required to get back to the strawberry field -Please check in at the little farm shed to the right of the parking area for wagon instructions. Pre picked strawberries will be available at our outdoor market. Activity area and Jumbo Jumper will be open for the kiddos, you can purchase tickets at the little farm shed where you received your wagon ride tickets. Hours are Weekends 9AM to 4PM last car in at 3:00 For your safety Please always watch your footing on the property, there are rocks, sticks, holes, and uneven ground. We have everything you need for picking, no need to bring baskets. All picking depends on weather & crop availability, please check our Facebook page or call before you visit for any updates. Kokedama Ball: Floating String Garden Create a floating garden for your home or patio! Kokedama is the practice of creating a planter out of moss that can support and suspend the plant in air to appear as if it's floating. Don't have a place to hang a plant? No problem! Kokedama balls can also be placed in a decorative bowl or saucer. These planters create a very unique design element for your home! You will create your own Kokedama Ball with step-by-step guidance from our staff using either a succulent or tropical plant. There will be a variety of easy to care for plants to choose from! During the workshop, you will learn all you need to help your work of art continue to grow and flourish! The fee includes all items necessary to create a Kokedama ball and each participant will leave with instructions on how to care for the piece they have created. Can't attend this workshop? NJ Audubon Fairy Gardens Workshop Enjoy an afternoon of fun in the world of fairies! We’ll make fairy-sized gardens filled with fairy decorations and accessories you make with natural materials. We'll show you how to make houses, tables, chairs, swings, and more! You can make a flower fairy or a gnome, too! We’ll have more ideas and examples to get you started, and then let your imagination do the rest. All materials supplied: baskets, soil, plants, fairy materials, and oodles of natural materials. Bring a glue gun if you have one. Children must be accompanied by an adult. COST: $18 per basket for members, $23 per basket for nonmembers. One basket per ticket. Ticket sale ends 6/8 at 4:00 PM. You must pre-register, walk-ins will not be allowed to participate. Limit 12 baskets.

"Blithe Spirit" at Farmstead Arts Center The Lord Stirling Theater Company will perform the comedy classic “Blithe Spirit” by Noël Coward in the English Barn Theater at the Farmstead Arts Center, 450 King George Road, Basking Ridge, NJ. “Blithe Spirit” will open on Friday, June 2, at 7:30PM, with additional performances on June 3 at 7:30PM, June 4 at 4:00PM, June 9 and 10 at 7:30PM, and June 11 at 4:00PM. Tickets are $25 general admission, $23 for seniors (65 and over) and students, $20 for Farmstead Arts members, and $15 for children under 12.
