Based on a 1939 novel by Christopher Isherwood and a 1951 play by John Van Druten, this musical features music by John Kander and lyrics by Fred Ebb.. Cliff Bradshaw, an American author working on a novel in Berlin, encounters Sally Bowles at the seedy Kit Kat Klub where she sings. When she is fired by the club’s owner, also her jealous boyfriend, she moves in with Cliff, and the two fall in love. As the Nazis begin taking control of the German government, the atmosphere of the Kit Kat Klub and the lives of Cliff and Sally begin to change dramatically.

Led by Kristin Mylecraine, Yoga Teacher. Yoga is a great way to relax, connect with yourself, and increase flexibility and strength. Explore the connections between yoga and nature in this 75-minute class. No experience necessary; all levels welcome. For ages 15 years and older. Preregistration is required.  Ticket sales end at 4:30 PM on the Friday before each class. You must pre-register, walk-ins will not be allowed to participate. We are offering an in-person class at the sanctuary and a virtual class online simultaneously. The in-person class has a limit of 10 people. Be sure to purchase the correct ticket. Join us for the annual Trainmasters Winter Train Show and see the incredible display the Somerset 4-H Trainmasters put together, filling the entire 4-H Center gym! Over 1,000 feet of track, more than 30 unique displays, featuring Thomas the Tank Engine, the Polar Express, and many other 0 gauge trains. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks available. Admission: Adults-$4 Children Under 12-$2 Children 2 and Under-FREE Proceeds benefit Trainmasters' various college scholarship funds. This event is open to the public and will include several vendors in addition to the train show. The event will run from 10am to 5pm on both days.

You will see how trees are tapped, view sap-collecting methods past and present, and see the boiling process that produces delicious New Jersey maple syrup.

Easy Plant Propagation – NJ Audubon Dirty Hands Garden Club

Led by Stephanie Punnett, Program Director. Residential landscapes are becoming increasingly important for the survival of native pollinators and other wildlife, and can be home for both humans and wildlife. In this workshop we’ll show you how to create a wildlife garden, and a simple way to start native plants from seed. You will make your own low-cost mini-greenhouse from recycled materials and plant your choice of seeds to take home. Make a pollinator home for native bees to take home. All materials provided. Cut Your Heart Out 4 Saturday, February 4, 1pm-3pm $20 including materials We are keeping up with our annual tradition of goofy, tongue-in-cheek card making that is fun for the whole family! Come to Frontline and use our awesome die cutting machine to cut out heart shapes, envelopes, boxes or whatever your heart desire. Then, print your cards with a variety of letterpress offerings. Come on down, hang out and support Frontline Arts. Proceeds go towards general funds and equipment repairs to help keep our workshops and studios running smoothly! Old Dutch New Year “Candlemas” Winter Walk

Get outdoors on a February afternoon with a winter walk along historic Somerville’s Peters Brook Greenway and Main Street with brief stops for historical storytelling. We place Washington’s Headquarters Flags at two stone markers recalling George Washington’s passage through the area in early January 1777 and return for a brief festive open house at Old Dutch Parsonage as the winter sun sets. Dress for the weather, wear sturdy footwear and bring water. This "Candlemas" Winter Walk was originally scheduled for New Year's Day as one of over 40 "First Day Hikes" offered across New Jersey State Parks, Forests & Historic Sites as part of a national initiative of America's State Parks.

Travel with an average yellow star on his quest to get a “name” and a planet to call his own. A “cool” red star, a “hot” blue star, a dying star, double stars, and the Milky Way Galaxy teach Little Star some important things about being a star. Imagine Little Star’s surprise when he discovers that several planets rotate around him. The show offers a great introduction to the different kinds of stars in space, as well as the planets in our solar system. (Recommended for ages 6-12)

The Sky Above, sensory-friendly program

This sensory-friendly astronomy and music show, approximately 45 minutes in length, is specially designed for families with children on the Autism spectrum or those with developmental disabilities. Neurotypical children are welcome as well. The program, which is presented on a kindergarten level, is appropriate for audiences of all ages. During the show, the doors will remain open so children may freely leave and return if they choose. Lights will be left dim (instead of dark), and the audio will be lowered and kept at a consistent level. The program will include music, laser lights, stories, and information about the planets, the Moon, and constellations.

"Psych” is set in the office of psychiatrist Dr. Robert Smith where, one by one, the cast of bizarre characters assemble. Edward Baxter was a successful psychiatrist, beloved by his many patients—until he was framed for murder. Now on the run with an assumed identity and a suspicious new wife, his luck is running out. Edward seeks help from Dr. Robert Smith, a fellow psychiatrist and a man with inner demons of his own. When Edward’s meeting with Dr. Smith goes wildly awry and leaves Edward clinging precariously to his last shred of sanity, Dr. Smith’s patient Lydia (a goodhearted psychic woman with clues to Edward’s past) arrives for her appointment to find Edward in big trouble. Despite the chaos created by unexpected visitors and quirks in Lydia’s psychic powers, Lydia does her best to gain Edward’s trust and help him find justice as his world rapidly approaches critical mass. Psych’s humor is broad in scope including slapstick, wordplay and a bit of dark humor.
