Enjoy The Essex Horse Trials, food market, shopping and summer fun at beautiful Moorland Farm. Concert The Essex Horse Trials will open on Friday evening, July 16, with a concert featuring some of Broadway’s finest musicians and best-loved music. Stephen Sands will conduct a 35-piece band made up of leading members of Broadway orchestras. Concertmaster Jonathan Dinklage, who leads the Hamilton orchestra on Broadway, is delighted to bring his friends and colleagues out to Moorland Farms. Besides familiar Broadway pops, the concert will include performances by Genghis Barbie and Liz Leclerc. Topping the bill is one of the genuine young stars to have emerged on Broadway in recent years – New Jersey native and Hamilton star, Okieriete Onaodowan. Tickets and info at Competition Witness competition from such an up-close vantage point. We encourage you to experience each of the sport’s three disciplines – Dressage, Cross-Country and Show Jumping. They are all quite different and, together, are remarkable in the effort and teamwork they require of each horse and rider combination. Join us in welcoming three hilarious comedians, John Moses, Kyle Ocasio and Adam Oliensis, on Friday, July 16th. For over 15 years, John Moses has delightfully offended audiences in the U.S., Canada and the U.K. Moses considers himself an “equal-opportunity offender”. His style is shrewd, raw and uncompromisingly funny.
