Niagara Is Subject of Talk at Bernardsville Library

Join author and photographer Kevin Woyce at Bernardsville Public Library (1 Anderson Hill Road, Bernardsville) on Tuesday, January 28 at 7:00 pm for an illustrated tour of the Niagara River, from its historic bridges and forts to modern-day parks and tourist attractions. Discover how the river, falls, and gorge formed, and how they have changed over the years. Meet the river’s explorers and settlers; the daredevils who risked their lives for fame or fortune; the businessmen who harnessed the falls’ power; and the conservationists and visionaries who preserved the falls for generations of visitors. The program will be illustrated with original photographs and vintage images.
