Bridgewater-Raritan High School Band Parents Clothing Drive Fundraiser

The Bridgewater-Raritan High School Band Parents Association will be collecting clothing, accessories, toys, linens and CDs/DVDs for their Clothing Drive Fundraiser. All donated items must be in good, usable condition and packaged in bags. For a list of items that are not acceptable, visit http://www.brhsband.org/clothing-drive.html. You can drop-off your donations at the Bridgewater-Raritan High School solar panel parking lot (600 Garretson Rd in Bridgewater) on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. The clothing and other items that are collected are NOT SHREDDED, they are sent to those in need in 3rd world countries. The BPA will receive funds for every pound that is collected, which will go directly to the BRHS Marching Band program. Donations are tax deductible and donation receipt will be available upon request.

Basic Obedience at My Dog’s Got Class

Dogs of any age can be trained, so if your dog is over 5 months of age and whether you graduated from a Puppy Class or you are just getting started with training, then this all-ages basic class at My Dog's Got Class is the course for you. Maybe your dog already knows a few things, maybe he doesn’t. Either way, we will work together in this class to make sure that your dog is challenged at the appropriate level. We address some BIG issues like jumping on counters (and people), stealing socks and shredding shoes, bolting out of the front door, and more. We will cover sit, down, wait, stay, come when called, walk nicely on leash, “leave that alone,” “spit that out,” and more. Does your dog already know how to lie down when you ask him to? Can he lie down and stay there while you walk away, open the front door, and bring in the mail? Can he hold himself in position until you tell him it’s OK to get up no matter what the distraction? We are proud to celebrate and share their exceptional creations in painting, digital art & sculpture, dance, drama and creative writing. This year, we will celebrate 25th year of the Arts Access Program. Full Circle features visual art gallery exhibition, and the stage showcasing performance pieces by choreographers, dramatists and writers, and gourmet food tasting from local restaurants. The Full Circle has been a platform for our artists to present their work and define themselves not by what they can’t do, but by what they can do.
