Family & Community Health Sciences (FCHS) invites you to attend its Home Preservation: Freezing & Dehydrating Workshop on Thursday, May 23 at 1:00-3:00 pm or 6:30-9:00 pm at the Rutgers Cooperative Extension Office, 310 Milltown Road in Bridgewater. In this workshop participants will learn safe and easy freezing methods for vegetables & fruit, and how to dehydrate herbs, vegetables and fruit, including using a food dehydrator. Participants will make freezer jam and take home a jar. Cost is $10 per person. Pre-registration is required. Space is limited!
