Enjoy a ~1 hour outdoor, all-level yoga class taught by certified yoga instructor and Director of Education, Lauren Theis. Students are welcome to join us after class for a tea tasting led by International Tea Masters Association Sommeliere, Pamela Kenworthy, or enjoy your own hike on the easy trails of Fairview Farm Wildlife Preserve! Bring your own mat, or there will be a limited amount of mats to borrow.

We will meet at the Brick Cottage at 10 am.
