With Spring, comes the return of green vegetables! Family & Community Health Sciences (FCHS) invites you to attend its Celebrating Greens Workshop on Tuesday, May 21 at 1-3 pm or 7-9 pm at the Rutgers Cooperative Extension Office, 310 Milltown Road in Bridgewater.
Learn about a variety of greens and their health benefits. Help prepare and taste kale salad, sauté swiss chard, stir fried choy and more! Register by Friday, May 17, 2019. Cost is $10 per person.
