Big Game Charcuterie Workshop

On February 8th at 7 PM, Cheese Please Charcuterie is holding a workshop at Jersey Cyclone to share some tips in the art of Charcuterie.

Jazz up your boards with a selection of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts and other accompaniments. Learn how to build an aesthetic presentation inspired the Big Game! At this workshop, you will experience socializing at its finest with friends and other classmates while creating your own personalized charcuterie board over a flight of craft beer. You will learn knife cuts, edible flower creations and food pairings! $55 includes all supplies necessary and one flight each.

The menu for the event will include meats, cheese, dips, fruits, vegetables, homemade chocolates, trail mix, and special surprises!
