Green Brook is celebrating our 250th anniversary on June 6, 2026, at Washington Rock State Park, from 11AM to 4PM. There will be many festivities and attractions, including: NJ Fife and Drum; Outwater Militia; Colonial Medicine/Battlefield; General George Washington – who will give a wonderful lecture; DAR Chapter; Plainfield Historical Society; Recitation of the Declaration of Independence by a local High School Student; and lots more!

Capital Craft will be catering the event for purchase and Danny’s Ice Cream will be there for purchase.

* Shuttle bus service will be available from Green Brook Middle School to the event site at Washington Rock State Park.
