Big Pinks BBQ is born out of a passion for food. You can travel this great country and find all different types of BBQ which the locals swear by as the best. We aren’t trying to take any one style, but instead just aim to make great tasting food and therefore; we call our food Jersey Style Q. We define Jersey Style Q as follows: DIFFERENT RUBS, FOR DIFFERENT MEATS We believe different meats deserve rubs which compliment their flavor. So we make our own unique rubs for the meats we serve at Big Pinks. So rubs have a few ingredients and others have the whole spice cabinet! YOUR SAUCE SHOULD SUIT YOUR TASTE Are you Sweet? Spicy? Sassy? Or maybe a little different? We believe being a unique individual is great and  should have the right to choose you flavors. So we have at least 8 individual sauces at anytime so you find the one you like or have fun and make your own sauce out of all of them! SIDES MATTER We believe there is little worse then having a great rib or piece of brisket and you go to taste your sides and NOTHING! No flavor, no spice, no nothing.

Bistro Seven Three opened its doors in 2003 and has become a hot spot for locals and tourists alike. The restaurant is home to a chic, energetic dining room complete with a newly renovated patio and brand new atrium. Veteran owners Afrim, Vinny and Ross aim to share our knowledge and love for an industry we are so passionate about. We have worked hard to create a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere with a unique décor that we are sure will make you feel right at home. Bistro Seven Three is known for its seasonal menu and enticing specials. Our chefs are dedicated to sourcing the finest ingredients available and crafting menu items that are vast and full of flavor. We pride ourselves on our attentive and professional service and will always do our best to ensure a memorable dining experience. Our menu, ambiance and BYOB option appeal to occasions of all kinds, including casual lunches, date nights and your next private party.

Butler’s Pantry Trackside is a staple for commuters, residents and workers in the area. Located in the old Far Hills train station and decorated with old-time memorabilia, the restaurant is a fun place to grab a quick bite to eat. The menu ranges from appetizers and homemade soups to sandwiches, burgers, dogs and salads. Its “In the Basket” items features roasted chicken, shrimp, scallops or fish served with potato and homemade cole slaw.

The restaurant is co-owned by Giuseppe (Joey) Trani and Kari LaSpisa. Joey was born in Princeton, NJ and moved back to the island of Ischia in Italy with his family when he was 6. He spent the next 30 years there until returning back to the US. While in Italy Joey attended culinary school and eventually owned 2 pubs on the island. Since returning to the United States in 2014, Kari and Joey have worked together in several restaurants over the last 10 years. Cafe Basilico is Kari and Joey’s latest adventure and biggest concept change.

Famous for its Dakota smashed pea and barley soup, tangy Key lime pie, and of course, a wide array of pizza offerings, California Pizza Kitchen is just the ticket for any appetite.
